INNOVATION AND EFFICIENCY
Our move forward to Stainless Steel
In the constant research of the company production and quality system improvement, A.C.E.M. Srl pays much attention to the new guidelines of the automatic distribution field.
In this perspective, within the second quarter of 2025, the current brass boiler models, both with 300 cc and 500 cc capacity, will be replaced by the AISI304 stainless steel boiler models with 500 and 800 cc capacity.
The stainless steel is more and more used for the food contact both for its durability and functionality and for its hygiene features that are required by the food and processing industry.
The typology of our current boilers, both with single valves and with the valve manifold, will be unchanged with the stainless-steel use introduction.
This change will be advantageous because the stainless-steel boiler, structured in one block, will be more reliable avoiding any leaking among the fittings or the single parts as it may happen with the current boiler model.
As a result, because of the monobloc structure, the whole stainless-steel boiler will have to be replaced in case of any breakdown but the cost won’t be higher than the one that is usually covered for the replacing of the current model. Moreover, it will avoid covering useless costs of checking and/or replacing of the single boiler parts.
The stainless-steel boiler performance will be the same of the brass boiler that you will be able to replace without doing any modification.
The boiler new typology will be both with the valve manifold and the single valves, even if we are confident that soon all our customers will choose only the manifold version. Indeed, on the basis of the collected data, it seems to be more reliable reducing the risk of any leaking among the fittings that instead may occur in the boiler version with the single valves.
