The centrality of Customer Experience: Flymax key to success

The attention to the Customer Experience is one of the keys to success of every company.

As Sam Walton, founder of the American chain Walmart,  has stated, the customer is the only boss and it is fundamental to put him in the centre of the company goals.

We,Flymax, in our almost thirty- year experience in automatic distribution market, have always focused our attention on the customer satisfaction with invaluable customer experiences both for the customer and for ourselves.

2025 NEWS

In order to satisfy our customers, we, FLYMAX, are always involved in the continuous improvement of our production and quality systems.

In this perspective, within the second quarter of 2025, our current brass boiler models, both with a capacity of 300 cc and 500 cc, will be replaced with AISI304 stainless steel models, both with a capacity of 500 cc and 800 cc.

Thanks to this change Flymax vending machines will be more reliable and in keeping with the automatic distribution alimentary directives.

Indeed, the stainless-steel material is being used more and more both for food contact and for its robustness and reliability.

The central role of our customer satisfaction is also evident in our constant attention to all customer requests, both with customised modelsand with optional extra to be included in their product range.

In this regard we have recently developed an optional base cabinet for our Australian reseller’s slush vending machine offering him a competitive and quality solution.

This year we are also going to launch a new model for our decade-long Philippine customer: the chain of 711 stores.

This new model will be the result of a long engagement with our customer whose satisfaction is always our main goal.

Every time that we engage with one of our customers, we always give him value.

The key to success for every brand is the capacity to understand the customer needs.

Of course, among many ideas, products and services the innovation is always the beacon of success.

We, Flymax, have understood that our innovation mustn’t be based on the following in the competitors’ footsteps or copying what may work for them.

Instead, in order to be innovative, we must take a leap of faith thinking and acting in an original way.

We must look beyond the horizon of conventionality in order to find out new and better solutions to be able to satisfy the customer needs, to optimise any action and gain a valued position in the market.

We must be able to ask bold questions and look for new answers that have never been written.

This open mindset has allowed us to build a long-lasting relationship with our customers putting their experience at the centre of our decisions and considering it as the guideline of our acting in order to develop innovative and customised products.
